Deep Root Feeding

Get a carefully crafted blend of nutrients straight to the feeder roots of your trees. This is where absorption is most efficient. No runoff. No waste. No guesswork.

Have a Drink on Us

Roots drink water — they don’t eat fertilizer pellets. Pellets sit on the surface, can burn the soil, and create problems for pets. Deep root feeding is superior and just plain more effective: we inject liquid nutrients directly into the root zone, where they’re immediately available to the tree. And it does double duty — the injection process breaks up compacted soil and aerates the root zone, getting more oxygen to where it’s needed most.

Stronger Roots, Stronger Trees

A well-fed root system supports everything above it. Our program encourages deeper, more resilient root development — which means better growth, greater resistance to stress and disease, and trees that can handle whatever Santa Barbara’s weather throws at them.

Custom Nutrient Blends

No two trees are the same, and neither are our formulations. We tailor each nutrient blend to the specific species and conditions of your property. When paired with soil testing, we can dial in exactly what your trees need — nothing more, nothing less.

Part of a Bigger Picture

Deep root feeding is the foundation of our Plant Health Care program. We often combine it with foliar feeding, pest management, and soil testing for a comprehensive approach that addresses your trees from the ground up. It just takes a deficiency in one nutrient to throw off the entire tree or plant — soil testing helps us determine exactly what your soil needs.

Better for the Environment

Because nutrients go directly into the root zone, there’s minimal surface runoff — making deep root feeding a responsible choice for urban tree care. It’s good for your trees and good for the neighborhood.
